At 1204 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
capable of producing winds 25 to 30 knots and small hail. These
thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 6 nm north of
Port Mansfield to 7 nm north of Laguna Vista, moving northeast at 10
knots.

Locations impacted include...
Port Mansfield, Laguna Madre, and Laguna Vista.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours reducing visibility
