...PATCHY FOG AFFECTING THE BAYS AND GULF WATERS THROUGH THIS
AFTERNOON...

Fog will affect the bays and nearshore waters of the lower Texas
Coast through late this afternoon. Visibility will generally be
around 1 to 3 miles for most locations, but could briefly dip
below a mile in some instances.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use your
radar and compass.
