.DISCUSSION...Low rain chances (15 percent) for the rest of the
afternoon, with an isolated sea breeze shower or thunderstorm
possible. There is a Special Weather Statement in effect until 7
PM for heat index temperatures to 111 degrees. Minimum relative
humidity bottoms out this afternoon in the mid-30s percent,
increasing overnight following sunset. Southeasterly winds
10-15mph will become gustier this afternoon to 20-25mph and
remain gusty through the evening, lessening overnight. Similar
conditions are expected Friday.
