.DISCUSSION...High pressure over Deep South Texas will keep rain
chances low (less than 10%). Relative humidity values around 95%
early this morning will gradually decrease through the morning
with minimum relative humidity values between 60 and 65% in the
afternoon. Southerly winds between 5 and 10 mph early this morning
will become southeasterly 10 to 15 mph later this morning into the
afternoon.
