.DISCUSSION...Southeasterly winds generally between 10 to 15 mph
with higher gusts are expected to continue through Monday
afternoon. Relative humidity value will remain above 35 percent
through the weekend. Minimum relative humidity may drop into the
20s and 30s across portions of the Rio Grande Plains each
afternoon, Monday through Friday. Light to moderate northeast to
east winds are expected Tuesday through Thursday as a cold
approaches the region. Moderate southeast winds return on Friday.
No elevated fire concerns are expected at this time.
