.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions will continue today with a near zero
chance for rain and minimum relative humidity values between
30-35 percent in Zapata county (40 percent or greater elsewhere).
Light southeasterly 20 foot winds will maintain minimal fire
weather threat today. There is a low to medium (20-40 percent)
chance of rain on Tuesday as moisture increases. Drier weather
returns across Deep South Texas for the rest of the work week.
