.DISCUSSION...Hot and rain-free conditions are expected to persist
over Deep South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley due to high
pressure in the middle layers of the atmosphere. Southeasterly
winds are expected to continue for the next several days. Minimum
relative humidity values are also expected to be in the range of
mid 20 percent for parts of Starr and Zapata counties to 80
percent along the coast.
