Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Swell from Rafael will produce Small Craft Advisory
conditions on the Gulf of Mexico waters from 0 to 60 nautical
miles offshore through at least Sunday afternoon. The advisory may
need to be extended into Monday. Afterwards, conditions will
improve.
