Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average

.SYNOPSIS...Mostly favorable marine conditions prevail into late
week as high pressure over the Gulf continues gentle to moderate
southeasterly and southerly winds with slight to moderate seas.
Daily shower and thunderstorm chances persist, mainly across
offshore waters.
