.SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable marine conditions return to the
lower Texas coast early this week with light to moderate easterly
onshore flow. Long period swell is expected to continue into late
week. A disturbance brings moderate winds and seas with an
increasing chance of showers and thunderstorms mid to late week.
