.SYNOPSIS...High pressure at the surface will produce generally
light to moderate winds and low to moderate seas along the Lower
Texas Coast through the week. However, Small Craft Exercise
Caution conditons are possible (especially in the northern Gulf
waters) briefly during the afternoons early this upcoming week.
