Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. A broad high pressure area centered across the Eastern United States will maintain a generally moderate easterly flow through early next week across the Lower Texas Coastal Waters. Seas will remain elevated and will reach Small Craft Advisory levels again beginning Saturday across the Gulf waters. Rain chances will increase over the weekend as a broad low pressure area moves from the Caribbean into the Bay of Campeche.
