.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh southeasterly winds and moderate
seas are likely to persist through Monday, generating Small Craft
Exercise Caution (SCEC) headlines. Probabilities of showers and
thunderstorms increase Tuesday into Wednesday with additional
chances into Thursday as well as possible additional rounds of
SCEC as mainly moderate southeasterly winds and moderate seas
continue.
