452 FZUS54 KBRO 090645 CWFBRO Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast National Weather Service Brownsville TX 1245 AM CST Sun Nov 9 2025 Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the Rio Grande out 60 NM. Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ100-091915- 1245 AM CST Sun Nov 9 2025 .SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable marine conditions will prevail through late tonight over the Gulf waters and Laguna Madre. A strong cold front is expected to track across the waters later this morning, which will bring hazardous marine conditions this afternoon through at least Monday evening. A Gale Warning is now in effect from mid-morning through midnight tonight for the Gulf waters, and a Small Craft Advisory is in effect for the Laguna Madre from this morning through Monday afternoon. Otherwise, seas are expected to increase to around 10-13 feet tonight into Monday before gradually improving Monday evening.
