Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable marine conditions will prevail
through late tonight over the Gulf waters and Laguna Madre. A
strong cold front is expected to track across the waters later
this morning, which will bring hazardous marine conditions this
afternoon through at least Monday evening. A Gale Warning is now in
effect from mid-morning through midnight tonight for the Gulf
waters, and a Small Craft Advisory is in effect for the Laguna
Madre from this morning through Monday afternoon. Otherwise, seas
are expected to increase to around 10-13 feet tonight into Monday
before gradually improving Monday evening. Conditions should
improve by Monday night/Tuesday morning and will stay somewhat
favorable before Small Craft Advisory/Exercise Caution conditions
become possible again on Wednesday.
