.SYNOPSIS...A gradually more enhanced pressure gradient over
the western Gulf will increase southeasterly winds and build seas
along the lower Texas Coast Wednesday into Thursday. The chance of
showers and thunderstorms returns as a frontal boundary approaches
northern coastal waters Thursday into the weekend.
