Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Favorable marine conditions with light to moderate
winds and generally low seas will prevail through Saturday night.
By Sunday, an increasing pressure gradient will lead to
increasing southeast winds and higher seas. This may result in
Small Craft Exercise Caution to Small Craft Advisory conditions
as soon as Sunday evening into early next week. Otherwise, expect
dry conditions to continue through the period.
