.SYNOPSIS...High chance (60 to 80%) of showers and thunderstorms
over the waters today will persist each day through Tuesday.
Isolated showers today increasing to scattered or greater
coverage by Sunday. In and near any storms over the waters,
expect heavy rain, frequent lightning, and gusty winds. Otherwise,
generally favorable marine conditions are anticipated through the
forecast, with light to moderate southerly winds turning easterly
Sunday and low seas.
