Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest 10 percent of the waves. GMZ100-090415- 1000 AM CST Fri Nov 8 2024 .SYNOPSIS...Marine conditions will deteriorate tonight through the weekend from Hurricane Rafael. Rafael is expected to weaken and stall or meander approximately 300-350 miles east of the mouth of the Rio Grande Sunday and Monday, but continue to generate a long period swell. Small Craft Advisories are in effect through at least Sunday. A weak cold front arrives Saturday morning with northerly winds into Monday.
