.SYNOPSIS...Deteriorating seas will be the main impact tonight
and over the weekend as swells increase from hurricane Rafael.
Rafael is expected to weaken and stall or meander approximately
300-350 miles east of the mouth of the Rio Grande Sunday and
Monday but continue to generate a long period swell impacting the
lower Texas coast. Small Craft advisories have been posted only
for the Gulf waters beginning tonight persisting through at least
Sunday. Otherwise, light to moderate winds turning north to
northeast in wake of a weak cold front Saturday morning persist
through early next week as the broad but weakening circulation
from Rafael persist.
