Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable conditions are expected over the
next several days due to high pressure over the region. Winds are
expected to be gentle. However, the winds could become slightly
gusty during the afternoon hours along the coast. Rain chances
will remain very low for the next several days.
