highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Favorable marine conditions are expected for most of
the forecast period as slight to moderate seas result from gentle
to moderate winds, which will transition back to south-southeasterly
Tuesday night into Wednesday. Winds briefly turn out of the
northeast with weak cold front on Friday and enhance slightly over
the weekend as pressure gradient tightens.
