Coastal Waters Forecast for the Lower Texas Coast

Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Small Craft Exercise Caution conditions remain for the
Offshore Gulf waters through this morning, and then conditions are
expected to improve. Favorable marine conditions are expected for
Monday night into Tuesday, and will remain favorable for a few
days until a stronger cold front approaches the area later in the
week, which will cause windspeeds and wave heights to increase,
which will deteriorate marine conditions by Thursday evening.
