.SYNOPSIS...Favorable marine conditions return for most of the
forecast period as northerly winds continue to lighten throughout
tonight as high pressure gains control. Gentle to moderate winds
and slight to moderate seas prevail for most of the upcoming
week, transitioning back to south-southeasterly Tuesday night
into Wednesday. Winds briefly turn out of the northeast with weak
cold front on Friday and enhance slightly over the weekend as
pressure gradient tightens.
