.SYNOPSIS...Generally favorable conditions will prevail with low
to moderate seas and light winds. However, locally enhanced winds
and seas will be possible within any showers or thunderstorms that
develop over the Gulf waters each day. Expect daily low to medium
(20-60 percent) rain chances through early next week.
