.SYNOPSIS...Conditions continue to improve tonight and through the
weekend as high pressure settles in. Gentle onshore winds,
moderate to slight seas, and low (less than 10 percent) rain
chances should prevail by the end of the weekend and continue
through next week. Tropical moisture increasing over the region
may bring a low (20 percent) chance of rain Tuesday.
