Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh southeasterly winds and slight to
moderate seas will persist through the weekend with a modest
pressure gradient in place. Small Craft Exercise Caution
headlines will be needed periodically due to winds. The pressure
gradient relaxes Tuesday, reducing southeasterly winds to moderate
or less. There is a low (less than 30%) chance for daily showers
and thunderstorms from Tuesday onward, with the greatest chance
(30%) on Wednesday.
