Rio Grande out 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh southeasterly winds continue through
tonight, with Small Craft Caution conditions across coastal waters
into early Monday. Conditions improve into late week, with a weak
frontal boundary on Tuesday bringing a brief northerly wind shift.
A stronger front arrives on Thanksgiving with adverse marine
conditions into Friday.
