Buoy observations along the Lower Texas Coast indicate that seas
are steadily subsiding. As a result, the High Risk of rip currents
for the local beaches has been cancelled a few hours early.

However, there is a Moderate Risk of rip currents at the local
beaches today due to elevated seas.
