* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches.
  Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, the east slopes of the
  Berkshires in Franklin and Hampshire Counties, southeastern
  Massachusetts, Worcester and northwest Middlesex Counties, and all
  of Rhode Island except for Block Island.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute.
