...ELEVATED FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS FOR MASSACHUSETTS CONTINUE
MONDAY...

While portions of southern New England received more beneficial
rain overnight, many parts of Massachusetts received less than
0.15". The lack of refreshing rainfall combined with
southwesterly to westerly gusty winds, up to 35mph this morning
diminishing to around 20mph this afternoon, will lead to a
continuation of the elevated fire weather concerns across the
Commonwealth on Monday.

Use caution when handling and disposing of ignition
sources. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
