  Ocean Waters from Marthas Vineyard to Nantucket from 25 to 45 NM
  offshore...
  Ocean Waters from Montauk NY to Marthas Vineyard from 25 to 40 NM
  offshore...
  Ocean Waters from Provincetown to Nantucket from 20 to 35 NM
  offshore...

At 220 AM EST,  Doppler radar indicated an area of heavy showers and
embedded thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30
knots. These thunderstorms were located along a line extending from
near The Coastal Waters South Of Marthas Vineyard to 19 nm southeast
of Buoy 44097 Southeast Of Block Island, moving northeast at 55
knots.

Locations impacted include...
The Coastal Waters South Of Nantucket, Great Point Light On
Nantucket, Wasque Point, Brant Point Light, The Coastal Waters East
Of Nantucket, Nantucket Shoals Buoy, Madaket Harbor, Surfside On
Nantucket, The Coastal Waters South Of Marthas Vineyard, Muskeget
Channel, Long Point On Marthas Vineyard, Sankaty Head Light, and
Monomoy Point.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Expect gusty winds to around 30 knots...briefly rough seas and
lightning strikes. Consider heading for safe harbor until these
storms pass.

These thunderstorms will produce winds to around 30 knots...and
could pose a serious hazard for boaters. A Special Marine Warning
may be issued when these storms reach the nearshore waters. Boaters
should consider heading for shore before these storms arrive.
