.DISCUSSION...

For today, expect mostly sunny and dry conditions with highs in
the lower to mid 50s. Expecting NE winds gradually increasing to
7-10mph with gusts as high as 20-23 mph during the afternoon.
Relative humidity values start between 80 and 90 percent and
perhaps as high as 100 percent if patchy fog is able to develop.
Relative humidity values decrease to between 55 and 60 percent by
the afternoon.

Wednesday will start on a foggy note with patchy drizzle and
scattered showers possible. Otherwise, it will be a mostly cloudy
day with northerly winds becoming more northeasterly during the
afternoon. Wind speeds will be between 7 and 10 mph with gusts up
to 18 mph. Relative humidity values will remain between 75 and
80 percent.
