.DISCUSSION...

After a relatively cool start, plenty of sunshine and a dry
airmass in place will result in a quick rise in temperatures this
morning into the afternoon. Afternoon high temperatures should
reach into the lower 80s. Minimum afternoon relative humidity
values will drop into the 20 to 30 percent range. Calm winds early
this morning will become west around 5 to 10 mph by afternoon.

Temperatures will quickly drop after sunset allowing relative
humidity values to quickly recover this evening.
