Mostly sunny with no precipitation expected today. Very light
winds, mainly with a northerly component this morning becoming
northwest by the afternoon at 5-10 mph. Poor dispersal this
morning improving to good with better mixing in the afternoon.

Dry and mainly clear tonight with SW winds 5-10 mph. Radiational
cooling will result in an inversion above the surface thus poor
dispersal overnight.
