.DISCUSSION... Dry weather expected to persist into Saturday
morning. Showers and thunderstorms then become increasingly
likely from west to east Saturday afternoon. Most of the rainfall
is expected Saturday night.
Gusty winds this afternoon should subside after sunset. Not as
gusty Saturday, outside of an isolated stronger thunderstorm.
Lowest relative humidity values Friday expected between
30-40 percent, with higher values between 45 and 60 percent
across the Cape and Islands. For Saturday, anticipating lowest
relative humidity values between 50-70 percent across southern
New England.
.OUTLOOK...Sunday through Tuesday...
High pressure should briefly lead to dry weather Sunday and
Monday. Another round of showers and thunderstorms is possible
towards Tuesday afternoon.
