.DISCUSSION...

Widespread showers and scattered strong to severe thunderstorms
expected this afternoon and evening. Areas of torrential
rainfall, strong winds, and localized flash flooding will be
possible with the strongest storms. A few showers and
thunderstorms will remain possible Saturday but with temperatures
cooling to seasonable levels. Minimum relative humidity values
will fall to between 55 and 60 percent regionwide.

.OUTLOOK...Sunday through Thursday

Mainly dry and seasonable weather is expected Sunday and Monday
before the next chance of showers arrives by next Tuesday and/or
Wednesday.
