.DISCUSSION... Above normal temperatures expected today, though
these could be somewhat inhibited again by any wildfire smoke
from Canada drifting into southern New England. Northwest winds
with gusts to 20-25 mph today. A low chance for an isolated
shower, particularly towards SE MA and the south coast.
Otherwise, dry conditions prevail.
Lowest relative humidity values on Wednesday will range between
30 and 40 percent, with higher values between 45 and 65 percent
along the Cape and Islands.
.OUTLOOK...Thursday through Sunday...
Dry weather continues through Friday. A plume of wildfire smoke
likely to push into the region Thursday. Scattered showers and
possibly some thunderstorms return for the weekend. Temperatures
will return to more seasonable levels Friday into the start of
next week.
