Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southern New England
National Weather Service Boston/Norton MA
410 AM EST Wed Feb 12 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Mostly dry today with a few flurries around. More widespread
precipitation is expected tonight and Thursday, in the form of
snow at the start but probably changing to a mix and then rain
from south to north during the day Thursday. Drying out Thursday
afternoon.

Minimum relative humidities should range from 50 to 70 percent
today and 75 to 95 percent Thursday.

.OUTLOOK...Friday through Monday...

High pressure brings drier conditions Friday. Another low
pressure system should bring snow by Saturday afternoon, which
will probably change to rain in most of southern New England
either Saturday night or Sunday. Dry and cold weather should
follow early next week.
