Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Southern New England
National Weather Service Boston/Norton MA
408 PM EDT Thu Apr 3 2025

.DISCUSSION...

A few showers possible tonight as a cold front moves through,
then drying from north to south on Friday. Turning much cooler
Saturday with showers returning as a frontal system approaches.

Minimum relative humidities Friday will range from 30 to
40 percent, except 45 to 55 percent on the Cape and Islands. For
Saturday the minimum relative humidity values increase to 65 and
80 percent.

.OUTLOOK...Sunday through Thursday...

Somewhat milder Sunday with continued unsettled conditions.
Drying out Monday as the frontal system exits the region followed
by cooler than normal temperatures overspreading the area much of
next week. A weak system brings spot showers on Tuesday, perhaps
more widespread precipitation Thursday.
