Otherwise, the main focus will be on the potential for a rapidly
intensifying low pres passing near or SE of the 40N/70W benchmark
later Sun into Mon. Gale force winds are possible and rough seas are
expected across the outer coastal waters. Winds and seas diminish
Tue as this low pres moves farther offshore.
