Coastal waters from the Merrimack River MA to Watch Hill RI out
to 60 NM

ANZ200-201200-
704 PM EDT Sat Sep 19 2026

.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Low pres system brings the threat of widespread rain, especially the
southern waters tomorrow. High pres builds in from the N early next
week with the distant system off shore, this could provide a period
of strong easterly wind, near gale force, Tue into Wed. There is
potential for a coastal low to track northward late week bringing
strong winds and rough seas but confidence is low in the exact track
and thus impacts.
