.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
High pres builds over New England Wednesday night, then moves
offshore and gives way to low pressure Thursday, that tracks along
the southern New England coast. This low intensifies into a gale
center over the maritimes Friday, yielding NW gales and freezing
spray across the MA and RI waters into Friday night. High pressure
then builds over New England Saturday and is replaced by low
pressure Saturday night. This low exits offshore Sunday, followed by
high pressure Monday.
