High pres builds over the waters today, before moving east into the
Maritimes tonight. Low pres then moves over the waters Tue into Tue
night, with NW breezes into Tue night and Wed. Strong low pres then
may track near or southeast of our waters on Thanksgiving. This
system pulls heads towards the Canadian Maritimes by Friday, with
colder and blustery NW winds returning.
