* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 12
  inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Park Range including Rabbit Ears Pass.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 5 PM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road conditions
