The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northeastern Lincoln County in east central Colorado...

* Until 745 PM MDT.

* At 704 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles northeast
  of Limon, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...At 653 PM, a 69 mph wind gust was reported at the
           Limon Airport.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect
           considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely
           to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Arriba and Genoa.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm has produced widespread
damaging winds and is capable of producing large hail.
