...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL LARIMER COUNTY
UNTIL 1215 PM MDT...

At 1128 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 5
miles northwest of Horsetooth Reservoir, or 9 miles west of Fort
Collins, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 30 mph and half inch size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
  Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Timnath and Horsetooth Mountain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional
information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

Heavy rain is occurring with this storm and may lead to flooding. Do
not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
