...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN WELD COUNTY UNTIL 715

At 628 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northeast of Rockport, or 36 miles northeast of Fort Collins,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
  Grover, Hereford, Rockport and Carr.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.

Prepare for sudden gusty winds. Secure loose objects and move to a
safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
