...COLD WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM MST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 23 below Sunday night into
  Monday morning.

* WHERE...The eastern plains, including Fort Morgan, Julesburg, Akron
  and Limon.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 23 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Unsheltered people will have a high risk of frostbite and
hypothermia. Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and
neighbors. Ensure portable heaters are used correctly.

Livestock and pets will be vulnerable to the cold, so ensure adequate
sheltering during this extended period of cold weather. Make sure
outdoor animals have a warm and dry shelter, food, and unfrozen
water.

AM MST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 18 below expected Sunday
  night into Monday morning.

* WHERE...The northern I-25 corridor, including Greeley, Fort Collins
  and Loveland.

* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM MST Monday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 16 below zero
  could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not
  taken.
