...HIGH WIND WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM THIS MORNING TO 8
PM MDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Briggsdale, Fort Morgan, Limon, Southern Lincoln County,
  Sterling, Akron, Julesburg, and Holyoke.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 8 PM MDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
  power outages may result. Blowing dust may reduce visibility at
  times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
