This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Snow will spread from the central mountains towards the north and
east, spreading across Denver and the plains by early afternoon.
The snow will be mixed with rain on the plains. A few
thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and evening, then the
precipitation will become lighter overnight, but it may not end.

Warm temperatures will limit the impact, but a slushy inch of
snow is possible across lower elevations, especially south and
southeast of Denver. The foothills and mountains will have between
2 and 6 inches of snow by Friday morning, with up to 8 inches in
the higher mountains west of Denver.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

Another round of light rain and snow showers is expected Friday
afternoon into Saturday morning. Temperatures should support some
snow across the Denver metro, with most of the accumulating snow
likely staying across the higher elevations.

A warming and drying trend is expected for the end of the weekend
into early next week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Snowfall reports from spotters will be appreciated.
