This hazardous weather outlook is for northeast and north central
Colorado.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Strong winds will continue through early evening. Gusts in the 30
to 40 mph will be common, with gusts up to around 50 mph remaining
possible. The ridges and higher east slopes of the Front Range
could have gusts to 60 mph. Scattered light snow showers will
continue over the northern mountains through this evening. Some
places could see an inch or two of accumulation.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

A few snow showers are possible in the mountains Thursday and
Friday, with a better shot of moderate snow Friday night. There
will be a chance of light snow in the mountains from Saturday
onward into next week, with the best chances of decent
accumulations Monday night and Tuesday. Hazardous driving
conditions are expected in the mountains from Friday night
onward. There is a chance for snow Saturday into Sunday for the
plains, but minimal accumulations are expected.
