Clear skies will persist through Thursday morning, giving way to
partial cloud cover near midday. No precipitation is expected.

Current winds are light and out of the east, but should transition
to westerly downslope winds by early this evening, with speeds
5 to 10 mph overnight. Expect westerly flow to remain in place
through at least 0900 Thursday, with winds becoming very light
and variable 0900-1200. In the afternoon, upslope east and southeast
winds will prevail, with speeds also in the 5-10 mph range.

Humidity levels will not fluctuate much from day to night, with
moderate recoveries tonight leading into similar conditions on
Thursday, with minimum humidity values between 20-25%.
