.DISCUSSION...Skies will be mostly clear overnight with no
threat of precipitation.  Gusty west winds are possible but
under 25 mph.  Temperatures will drop to 50 degrees around dawn.
On Wednesday afternoon, the threat of widely scattered showers
and thunderstorms returns.  Rainfall amounts will be very light
