.DISCUSSION...Winds are expected to be southerly today. However, a weak
cyclonic circulation may form. If one forms, it could bring a wind
shift to the west during the afternoon with gusts to 15 mph or
light and variable winds. It depends if and where it forms.
Otherwise, a mild and dry day is expected under mostly cloudy
skies. Smoke dispersion just barely reaches fair for a couple
hours this afternoon. This would improve if we see the westerly
push of winds move through.

Dry and mild conditions continue for Thursday with mostly sunny to
partly cloud skies. Winds will primarily be out of the west to
southwest. A weak northerly shift will be possible mid to late
afternoon.
