dry conditions in the afternoon today. Minimal snow accumulation
is expected. Winds will be breezy throughout the day with gusts
reaching 40 mph out of the west. These strong winds and decent
mixing heights will allow for good smoke dispersal.

Thursday will be dry with warmer conditions. Mixing heights will
be slightly less than Wednesday while winds will be weaker with
gusts to 35 mph. However, good smoke dispersal is still expected.
