temperatures rise above freezing. Minimal snow accumulation is
expected. West winds will increase throughout the day today, with
gusts up to 40-45 mph possible through this evening. These gusty
winds combined with decent mixing heights will allow for Fair to
Good smoke dispersal conditions, particularly in the late morning
and early afternoon hours.

Thursday will be dry with warmer conditions. Winds will be weaker,
with southwest winds in the morning transitioning to west and
gusting up to 30 mph at times. Smoke dispersal conditions will
generally be Poor to briefly Fair.
