.DISCUSSION...

West-northwest winds are expected to prevail through the day today,
with speeds peaking in the morning when gusts into the 20-25 mph
range will be possible. Expect partial cloud cover with mountain-wave
induced clouds much of the day. No precipitation is expected. Humidity
will fall to near 15% early afternoon, with overnight recoveries
decreasing tonight to between 25 and 30%. West winds will weaken slightly
for the afternoon, then pick up again overnight.

Several hours of Fair to Good smoke dispersal conditions are expected
late morning through mid-afternoon.
